Meditation for Stress Management:
A combination of meditation, journaling, and breathwork, this workshop begins with a deep meditation practice followed by journaling and discussion.
Now, more than ever, we need both community and coping skills. At the heart of who we are and what we do is a desire to build connections and help others to develop the tools they need to uncover the version of health and wellness that makes sense for them. This workshop hits on the importance of understanding our nervous system around stress and how to manage that through meditation. We will open and close the workshop with basic meditation/breathwork + neck and shoulder stretches. The e-book provides plenty of resources- books, apps, etc.
