Member Experience Facilitator
The Member Experience Coordinator safeguards the integrity, structure, and consistency of BrainTrust programming across all markets. This role is responsible for onboarding new members and leading their experience within Vaults—BrainTrust’s confidential, small peer groups where members meet monthly for strategic accountability and business problem-solving—during their first 90 days. They facilitate and moderate early Vault sessions, monitor group health, and ensure strong member engagement and retention.
