Virtual Vault Market Leader
The Market Leader is the growth engine for BrainTrust’s Virtual Vault. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, you own the P&L, growth trajectory, and member experience for a Vault with no geographic ceiling â extending BrainTrust’s model to women business owners across the country who don’t have connectivity to us in person. Your focus spans both the Key Club Vault (companies generating more than $1M in annual revenue) and the Vault (companies generating $100Kâ$999K in annual revenue), and you’re accountable for the full financial performance of the market you build.
You are the first point of connection for prospective members nationally â building trust, communicating ROI, and demonstrating how BrainTrust directly contributes to their revenue, wealth-building, and influence. You don’t wait for members to find you; you build the pipeline, sell the vision, and turn strong member relationships into your most credible source of referrals.
