Key Club Vault™ Membership
The Key Club Vault™ experience may be for you if your business generates more than $ 1 million in sales annually.
Vault™ Membership
The Vault experience may be right for you if your business generates from $100,000 to 999,999 annually, OR if you are pre-revenue but have raised more than $350,000 in seed capital.
Insider Membership
The Insider membership may be for you if you love the idea of Vault™ or Key Club Vault™ but you can’t commit to the four-hour monthly meeting. Or, your business is very new and you’re working toward the qualification standards for Vault™ or Key Club Vault™.
Virtual
This Vault experience is for you if you want to be in highly curated groups of just 5 women in your industry, from across the country. You must be generating at least $500K in annual revenue or are pre-revenue but have raised at least $500K for your business.
The Ground Rules
Thank you for showing up for yourself. To ensure that all BrainTrust members get maximum return on their investment, here are the Ground Rules.
Be present.
Show up. It’s that simple. Vault™ meetings are required. To make that easier, your Vault™ will find a time, date and place that works for everyone. When scheduling conflicts arise, you’ll work together to make the necessary adjustments. It’s your responsibility to communicate those conflicts as soon as possible to ensure a timely resolution. Being present is critical to the success of your Vault™. This is your investment in yourself and your business. Protect it.
Confidentiality
Keep it to yourself. Everything discussed in your Vault™ must be held in the strictest of confidence. You may not share what you heard or discussed with anyone, not even your spouse. Your Vault™ must be a safe place to share your personal and professional challenges and joys.
Punctuality
Be on time. You have agreed to the time and date of your Vault™ meeting, so plan your day accordingly, anticipating traffic and weather, and other obligations so you are ALWAYS on time. Better yet, get there 15 minutes early!
Respect
Treat the members of your Vault the way want to be treated. Remove all distractions. Listen fully and share openly. Be open-minded and curious about other viewpoints. One of the greatest benefits of having a vault is having access to a diverse set of lived experiences.
Vault Member
The Vault™ experience may be for you if your business generates from $100,000 to $999,999 annually, OR if you are pre-revenue but have raised at least $350,000 in seed capital.
Vault™ members are placed in a curated group of up to seven (7) peers. By committing to dedicated monthly meetings, members learn to quickly process issues and opportunities, identify blind spots and pitfalls, develop strategy, and celebrate successes. You’ll meet with your Vault™ for four (4 ) hours a month in a safe, confidential environment. You’ll learn from the diverse experiences and perspectives of your peers to help you grow and scale your business.
Vault™ Member Benefits At A Glance
Training
Your membership includes new member training to prepare you for the monthly Vault™ experience. Ongoing training and support are provided regularly, covering various aspects of the Vault™ experience. When you are taking on new roles within your Vault, you will receive additional training and support until you are comfortable in that role.
BTAccess
BrainTrust’s proprietary Member portal connects you to the members, events, training, and resources to aid your business growth. The personalized member dashboard visually tracks your revenue growth so you can celebrate your progress or make adjustments to get back on track.
Resources
Membership includes access to BrainTrust Champions – a pool of subject matter experts, skilled in various business disciplines, all of whom are eager to come into your Vault to share their knowledge on key topics related to finance, HR, marketing, legal, business development, etc. You’ll also be included in scores of workshops, webinars, and industry-affinity social events, providing education and networking opportunities throughout the year.
Community
Finally, you are not alone. The BrainTrust community has your back. With so many industries represented in our membership, the proverbial “six degrees” of separation will be cut down to just 2-3. This community is POWERFUL.

BrainTrust membership dues vary depending on the stage of your business, as well as your payment terms. There is no cost to apply for membership. If your application is accepted, you will be invoiced a non-refundable Initiation Fee that includes training and your first three months of membership. Quarterly Key Club Summit
Once per quarter, you will be invited to attend this special session that includes all Key Club Members in your community. Using the feedback your Key Club Vaults have submitted, BrainTrust brings in subject matter experts to address specific, timely needs. These workshops provide invaluable guidance on topics such as annual planning, valuations, getting the company ready to sell, growing by acquisition, how to incorporate AI into your business, dealing with HR issues, etc. Besides the valuable resources provided in the quarterly meeting, you’ll also get social time with Key Club™ members in other Vaults, building your community of supporters.

To become an Insider Member you must identify as a woman and own at least 25% of a business.
